How does the picnic event work?

We arrive an hour prior to your scheduled picnic event to begin setting up. Once we arrive we send you the exact pin to your picnic location at your requested beach. we ask that you text us 10 minutes before arrival so that we can set the ice and food out. Once you arrive you are free to enjoy the set up and all of its experiences. At the end time of the event, we will arrive to clean up and leave you to walk away to enjoy the rest of your evening!

How long does the picnic last?

We typically set the picnic duration for about 2 hours. We ask that you text us 30 minutes before you plan to leave so that we can be there to clean up.

If you'd like to extend your time we are happy to work with you on that, just let us know. 

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, you can! Each picnic comes with a charcuterie board or a custom pizza, but you are welcome to bring any additional food or drinks you like.

Please let us know if we need to bring any additional utensils, cups, plates, or serving trays.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Smaller events may be booked 3 days in advance. Larger events may need more notice but do not hesitate to email us to make arrangements.

Any booking requests within that 3-day window, please email us at Beachsidepicnics@gmail.com as we may be able to accommodate you (ie: additional guests or food, etc.)!

Do you offer custom themes or special requests?

Yes! If you love what we offer on our website but want something more, reach out to us. If you want our services but have a completely different vision, we can cater to your exact preferences.

There are no limitations when working with us. You can reach out to us at Beachsidepicnics@gmail.com and let us know the exact theme or design you want. We are happy to accommodate!

Do you do larger picnics and events?

Absolutely! We have the facilities to cater up to 12 people. We would love to work with you!

Do you travel outside of Locations listed on your website?

we will consider these requests case by case. If you are inquiring about anything that is considered outside of this range, email us at Beachsidepicnics@gmail.com and we’ll see how we can make it work!

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made by our company will receive a full refund on deposit and/or total charged. If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, your deposit is non-refundable.

However, there is no rescheduling fee if you must move the date of your picnic. Rescheduling requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the picnic date and are based on availability. 

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of cancellation and funds should appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

What if the weather is bad?

Subject to availability, we can accommodate changes to a picnic date or location due to inclement weather. We can always set up your picnic indoors as well. 

if you cannot reschedule due to inclement weather, you will not be charged for service and your deposit will be refunded. 

if you choose to move forward with your picnic and inclement weather occurs during your picnic, no refund will be given. 

What if an item is damaged or stolen?

Clients are responsible for safeguarding the equipment against theft, vandalism, or any other damage. In the event of damage or theft occurring, the client will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged or stolen items. 

Normal wear and tear of items such as shoe dirt or the occasional spill is to be expected and will not be penalized.

What about permitting?

We take care of all permitting requirements for you and your team. Our flat service fee Includes the actual cost of the permit, which can vary depending on the location and availability.

While you have the option to arrange the permit yourself, please note that we mandate permits wherever necessary for our events.
